The Enclosure

Hosted in a private facility, the Henley VIP Day offers a uniquely enjoyable corporate day for up to 200 guests. Situated in an enviable riverside location adjacent to the Stewards enclosure, the luxury marquee and private garden offer the ideal setting in which to enjoy the event.

Unlike most hospitality areas, the enclosure is only available for private parties, offering a truly unique experience. From noon until 11pm, you will enjoy delicious food, a complimentary bar and a live five piece band. The private garden features an elevated platform for an excellent view of the rowing, complete with stylish and comfortable outdoor furniture and plenty of space to relax.

Designed specifically for corporate entertaining, the marquee and surrounding area offer the perfect environment in which to enjoy one of the highlights of England's sporting and social calendar.

The luxury marquee is carpeted throughout, with a comfortable furnished lounge. A superb bar and dining area complements the lounge, there is plenty of room within the marquee to accommodate guests should the weather turn inclement. Tables will be decorated with attractive floral arrangements and the linen tablecloths, napkins, china, glass and cutlery are all of the highest quality. The Henley VIP Day offers a genuinely luxury experience, right down to the smallest detail.
